Every problem has a solution

Life is a wonderful journey for those who are ready to see it unfold and be prepared to receive the shocks and surprises that it might throw. For some, life becomes drudgery because what they expected and what life gifted them were in opposite poles. No one decides what one needs to get out of life. It's a culmination of lot of factors that moulds the life the way it unfolds. Things that we can have control on seem easier than those on which we don't have any control. Such uncontrollable circumstances take the name of problems. Every problem has a solution just like how every lock is made with a key. Problem is a problem until we discover the solution for it. The best part is- everyone has equal rights to discover the solution of any problem troubling this world.

Once a person is born on this earth, no matter how hard he tries, he cannot escape the clutches of the earthy life until his time to leave the world arrives. Until then he has to pass his time on this planet. When we have no option to escape life, let's enjoy life. There is no point in sitting and moaning about things happening around us. You have the rights to cherish the good moments of life. Likewise you have the responsibility to combat the sad moments of life. While good moments make your heart go light, the tough moments should make you tough to face the challenges of life. Nothing comes easy here; you have to earn it, my friend! For those who doubt whether they will be able to earn what they desire to, here is the simple single philosophy which can empower you to believe in everything that you wish should come true. Every problem has a solution; you just need to discover it. You cannot say which solution will, for sure, solve the problem but you can be sure that when you hit the right solution the problem shall vanish. To make it happen you need to have a firm belief on God and thyself. You have to believe in yourself that you are going to be the problem-solver. Only then will your mind open up to search for solutions. Mind is one of those wonderful creations of God fit in a human body that can solve the unimaginable mysteries of this beautiful planet. Use it well and believe in your efforts which shall go on to solve the problem. What you dream is your right and no one has the rights to snatch it away from you.

There are a lot of people out there who will create problems. There are a lot out there who will complain about problems. There are plenty of those who will only see the problems and run away from them accepting defeat. None of these three categories of people take any action to solve anything. The remaining is the fourth set of people like you and me who should become the torch-bearers for the rest of them around us. We should carry the light of solutions to all the problems that hit us. Not to forget the most important lesson during the tough times of life - "Every problem has a solution".

Respect and regard

In our email communication we write 'Regards' at the end of the mail before writing our name. We use a greeting such as 'Good morning', 'Good evening' or 'Dear', 'Respected' to begin the mail with. The email already shows at what time the mail was sent. It also indicates as to from whom it was received. So these simple words of formality or greeting might seem redundant but they are necessary. There is a particular format in which a formal letter must be written. The way we write in expresses our respect towards the person to whom the letter is concerned. No one is obligated to respect another person, it's just common sense to understand the philosophy of 'give respect and take respect'.

 

Communication is one of the most intricate parts of our daily life because every moment we are communicating something or the other to the world around us. Conveying the right respect and regard to people with whom we are communicating is highly essential to ensure the right flow of communication and relationship sustenance. No one likes to be asked about work at the first shot. Everyone expects a warm greeting before even beginning a conversation. People are already pressurized from all sides by commanders who keep asking for reports from them. We are humans and not computers. Even animals expect care and love before getting ordered to sit in a corner. Likewise even humans expect courtesy before being asked anything. This warm feeling can only be expressed through respectful greetings and warm regards which everyone needs to learn else the simple straight forward words might sound just too offending.

 

Even if we go back to the days of old stone age, humans definitely existed and they lived. Even in the modern age people are thriving in their wonderful lives. Hundred years later too, humans shall exist unless there is a drastic sudden catastrophe that might wash away the human race from the face of the earth. People are here to stay. The work came later. All that people need to live is food, clothing and shelter. More than the hunger for food, there is a greater hunger for care and love in this world, said Mother Theresa. Respecting the feelings and emotions of people is far more important than the work to happen. Hence expressing the right respects and the best regards to others while communicating should be our way of living.

Something for something

'Give all that you can but expect none from the others' is the slogan that people advise the disturbed souls. For the universe to be balanced, they say that for every particle there is an anti-particle. So if one person is giving away something to the other, definitely there shall be an imbalance because the giver receives nothing as per the general perception. However, the world doesn't survive if there is such an imbalance. Hence we jump into the theory of, 'for every something that is given there is always something taken as well'.

 

Let's take a few examples and prove this hypothetical theory. If someone gives another person some amount of money then he receives back a promise that he shall repay the amount. May be the give and take doesn't happen in equivalent form of an object but definitely in equivalent forms of feelings. The guy receiving the money is happy and the guy lending the money is happy because he knows that he will get back his money with extra interest added to it. In a class, when a teacher is teaching, she is passing on her knowledge to the students in exchange for their attention. The teacher gets attention for her teaching while the students get education for their attention. In above two examples, if the receiver would be absent i.e., either the students or the loan receiver then there would be no scope for the lender or the teacher to exist to perform their roles just like how if all planets cease to exist, the sun would have no reason to burn. So there is always a trade of something for something in this universe.

 

If we accept the theory of this barter that there is always that's got for something that's lost or given away, a lot of problems and worries in our life can be reduced. If a thief steals away your money, it only means that he gave back the lesson of safety to you. If a friend cheated your trust, he only gave back an experience to trust a friend carefully in future. In every possible situation, your assets remain the same. Only that, with every occurring transaction the form of your assets keeps changing. When you know that you receive something for every something that you lend out, then why worry? You can just be happy always. You can throw in your comments here.

In the lap of nature

Few days back when I was chatting with my cousin, he started sharing a lot of information and his personal experience on trekking. Probably one of the off times when I kept listening than talking! He went on to share the difficulties that one might face during trekking, the water scarcity, the heights and lot of other things. I was almost scared to go for one such adventure. At the end he just mentioned that all the struggle is worth whilst surviving through the top of the hill when you are just in the lap of nature.

I have just got the excerpts from the experience of the person who has been there thousands of feet above the sea level and who has enjoyed the real bliss of nature devoid of traffic jams, horns, barking people noises. All that you hear at that altitude is just the sound breeze of the cool air across your face, the jazzy ruffling of leaves and the birds singing and dancing to their own tunes. It is as if one has left all his problems and tensions in the below earth and has now completely moved into a different world surrendering oneself in the arms of nature to take him forward in life. In spite of 50 other people who have also climbed the same hill top being around not even a single person is either wanting or willing to talk to another human being. Each one wants to just talk to the nature which seems like God right in front of them. Each one wants to introspect and analyse all their past and discuss it with the nature to make better postulates for life thenceforth.

The final experience of hill-top introspection is what that attracted most of my interest despite all the hurdles while climbing to the top. But I could understand one thing and that was everyone wants to reach the top despite the hurdles on the way only to rise above all human misconceptions and offer oneself in the lap of God to evaluate all their past actions and surrender to ever-lasting happiness. you NEED it, you GET it

Life is not rosy all the time. It shows its side of thorns as well at critical junctures. Thorns are nothing but the rules and regulations that are difficult to bypass. Adding to the woes of common man there is just not enough transparency in the existing laws and legislations. Compounding these with corruption has just made the procedure to get what you need more and more difficult. There is no point accepting defeat against the giant barrier built by all these. Amidst these, we have to screw in our way to get what we need. Here I would stress on the entire 'need' rather than 'want' because a 'want' can be postponed but not a 'need'.

When you are on an endeavour which has a clear mission and a vision to impact a massive area of growth positively just be sure that you will have to deal with a majority of roadblocks as well. You will be meeting 'n' number of people from diverse backgrounds having diverse opinions. You will have to convince all of them and take their permissions and consents before proceeding further. At no point will you be allowed to skip these blocks without facing them. You are bound to the game of clearing each one of them. At such points you might be facing rejection and ridicule very often. Just don't give heed to any of them as long as your work is completed. Be persistent in convincing the opposite party to agree to your ideology. You might not even have enough finance with you which could have done the same job of convincing. Even if you have don't use it for the work of convincing which you can do yourself. This will at least save the money for a pertinent usage in the future. Keep patience and a 'never give up' attitude close to your heart which will guard it from any external comments or hits. Keep in mind  that all these intermediate obstacles are just a test for your clarity of your vision and the leadership ability in you to bring your vision into reality.

Nothing comes free of cost on this earth. Every baby struggled to stay crumbled in its mother's womb for 7 to 9 months and to come out into this world. This struggle was worth to get a chance to grow up in this amazing world. When you want something only your heart is telling it to you but when you need something both you heart and brain command you to get it. So convert all your wants into needs if you really want them, sorry, if you really need them quickly. Sale means to solve

Sales and marketing is an enormous field that has been serving the mankind right from day one of its beginning. Everything on this earth that one earns is by selling something. Selling is an art inbuilt in humans. Any company with the mightiest intellectual property can falter down if it doesn't have the strong sales and marketing division to back it up. At this point I would like to convey my regards to great salesmen like Joe Girard, Zig Ziglar, Shiv Khera and others who have taught the world the great qualities of a salesman.

In this world of competency where each one is trying to sell one's product by hook or crook to make money, there has been a general misconception built that salesmen cheat people. There is an age old adage in kannada saying that a spoilt monkey spoilt the entire forest. Similarly due to the faults of few salesmen the whole community had to bare the blame. Sale means to solve. When anyone is facing a problem, another person provides a solution to it and the one who provides solution to your problems is the salesperson. During summer the weather is very hot and as a result it's very uncomfortable staying indoors. Someone had invented a device called fan which could circulate the air inside a room and direct fresh air towards you. But the fan was manufactured in the factory and you were at your home unaware of the existence of the fan itself. Though fan could solve your problem, you didn't have a solution. This is the time a salesman stepped in to sell this fan to you. He knew that you had the problem and solution existed in the fan factory. He built the bridge to make the solution meet the problem. Hence I affirm once again that 'Sale means to solve'.

Every moment of our lives we can observe sales happening around us. If all the salesmen on this earth went on a strike for just even one day the entire life on the earth would come to a halt. There would be no one to sell you even the basic necessity of life as food or even water for that matter. Only a salesman can show the benefits of a product that even the inventor of the product cannot see. Sale is what bridges the gap between problems and solutions.

Just a call away

Civilizations have evolved from time immemorial on this planet earth and the life is still evolving.  The only reason that human life has continued so far right from the old stone age is because no human could survive all alone on this earth. One had to co-exist with the other for the living and continuing the race. Probably communities and big joint families symbolise this point of interdependence of humans on one another for a lively life. The reason today we are facing the highest cases of depression and suicides are because of the division of people and their vain efforts to survive all alone. Loneliness is eating away many lives in this busy world where people don't have time for others but only for work.

How nice is it to find that anyone you need is just a call away. Thanks to the technology that has made the earth shrink into a small village. A message over a phone or a mail over internet or a call over a cell or just a shout can bring the people we need near us. There are so many countries wherein the situation is so pathetic that one single family cannot live together and there is no one to be seen even if called a million times. Be grateful to the freedom that you're enjoying. The best part of a friend who can come to us just by a call is the sense of security that gets satisfied. The fear of being alone gets killed. Moving a step further, how would it be if the person who can come to you and join for a lunch or a dinner or a movie can also join hands with you to work for a common dream and a common vision? A simple yet stupendous example of this is Larry Page and Sergey Brin. Both these guys got together for a project and just made a fortune out of it together. There are several such examples. My blog here saying 'Just a call way' is to convey the point of how good your call is that nobody can deny. There are so many personal things that we would never share with anyone but only with one person on whom we have bestowed the highest amount of trust. But its also important that this person is present and reachable at the time of necessity and that's why I name this blog as 'Just a call away'. You can be sure to be the luckiest person on this earth if you can find the one whom you trust the most and who will join hands with you for your dreams, is just a call away.

Having talked from one direction now I would like to conclude this blog by switching to the other direction. Are you that someone for anyone who has the highest trust in you? Can you be that 'just a call away-friend' for anyone if he/she has faith in you that you will help them realise their dreams? If you can be the answer to these questions for masses then definitely you are the asset of this universe. May you have a wonderful life ahead!!!!!!!!

Let's make things happen

With the advance of technology and science the world is just getting into more chaos than getting streamlined. Certain aspects are getting easy while having their negative impact on other merits. A very simple example for this is more and more people are surrendering to obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure just because they are using easier means of commutation and daily work because of which they are unable exercise their body. Not just at an individualistic level even at the global level things are not happening in a smooth manner. Most of the population is confused between what to prioritise in life. In this confusion of life people are failing to recognise the consequences of their ignorance and negligence. Many of them are lost in finding the solutions to their own life problems. So a very of few of them are left to strive to make this globe  a better place to live in. Amidst the ongoing politics, cold wars, terrorism, natural calamities people are finding it difficult to escape from the tough challenges posed by the society. Man today is trying to just safeguard himself than thinking about how he could be the reason to release other man of the fear of security. Though people have lost faith in finding good happening around them either in relationships or business or in the society few great leaders have evolved to restore this faith in the masses. I would like to salute some of these living legends namely Bill Gates, Richard Branson, Steve jobs, Warren Buffet and many of them who have just not made it big in business but also have taught the world how the business success can be utilised for the betterment of the society and the planet.

I would like to urge my dear reader to come out of complacency and the disbelief that this country or the planet can't get any better. Its time for people like us to take action. Being educated we can clearly understand the problems that have been eating our society and think of solutions for the same. I don't expect a college going student to go and donate millions for the upliftment of the poor. I ask not just the youth but the entire population of common man 'What is that stopping us from coming out of our comfort zone to make a difference in this world?' Let me assure you friends that the leaders and visionaries are very few in numbers on this earth. More than 99.99% of the global population is the common man category who has just assumed that a common man can make no difference to the world. If this huge population is sitting silent and ignorant of the ongoing events then definitely its difficult to see a better future even if hundred extra Bill Gates or Steve Jobs arose. I being a common man would like to ask my reader who is a fellow common man that if all the common men got together towards a vision of seeing a beautiful future for our next generation would it be impossible? Definitely not! Let's take up small initiatives to make things happen instead of waiting for someone to rise to the position of a leader and then lead us. Let's spread the message of peace, cleanliness, love, trust, respect and leadership in everyone around us. Let's look for opportunities where in we can contribute our little bit towards the betterment of the society and the globe.

A simple act of ours to donate a meal to a needy person can reduce the hunger quotient of this world. If students in a class can just contribute one rupee each, it could buy the text books for a poor kid. If we stop throwing waste around and educate the people around us also to do the same, it can reduce the infections and diseases and increase the rate of healthier earth. If we just stop complaining about the bad qualities of a person and start appreciating the good in everyone, it will spread the thoughts of positivity throughout the universe. If everyone of us can just keep smiling always at each other it can reduce the more than ninety percent of ego clashes, emotional and health disorders. If we just shared our knowledge and wisdom with people around us, I am damn sure that this world will have a fairly high intellectual population. I have shared my message with you beloved reader and I believe you will help me to pass on this message to more of them out there.

God has planned it all

For those believers in God I need not go into deep description of this title of the blog but for those people who don't believe in God, I hope atleast you believe in energy defined by science. Energy that we can't see that has set the structure of evolution of the universe. There is this universal energy responsible for the planets to go around stars, the energy which is responsible for life to exist on this planet earth and so on. There is a systematic process set rolling involving so many non-systematic incidents. I am sure you have atleast heard of how the earth balances the life population. So behind all these happenings there is some master energy and some master plan against which we humans are too tiny to challenge and fight. This master supreme energy is what I bleieve as God. When you plan you might fail or succeed but you can just be sure that whatever happens will result in good for you if you believe that it was planned by God to make good happen for you.

In my childhood when my grandmother used to say that everything is already planned in the drama that God has written and that's why the past incidents have happened the way they have happened, I used to argue with her that there's no drama and if there is one it should tell us the future. I was so stupid that I didn't understand that it required wisdom to read the drama not just a question. When I turn back and see the past incidents of my life, I just realise how well the dots were placed and connected by God to help me reach the position I have reached now. Might be it will be too small of me to analyse everything of it by logic though I can do it. I just feel satisfied and blessed that God planned it so well for me. When I extend this thought to the world I can clearly see that inspite of so many efforts by man to systematize the running of life, God keeps surprising him with new things, fooling him with randomness and exciting the game even more day by day. If you are standing with the ego of the self that things will happen only as you want them to, you are just spoiling your time with disappointment. I am not trying to say here that one shouldn't put his efforts in doing things. That is the utmost necessity because God has planned it so well that if one person has no reason to do a certain thing some other person has million reasons to accomplish the same because God has planned a dynamic drama not a static one.

At the end of the above conversation what I would like to convey to you my friend is that we are in this world to play our roles. Circumstances and situations will keep changing. Some might favour us while some might deceive us completely. Just keep a hope and belief in the eternal energy which I refer to as God that everything has been planned to happen only for the good of you. Don't jump into conclusions anywhere about how things happen because God always loves to surprise you. Keep learning through the game of life, explore and most important of all enjoy it. Afterall at the end of the day we know the truth that birth, death and change are the only three constant things on this earth and the time in between birth and death is meant to be lived with utmost life in it.
