Every problem has a solution

Life is a wonderful journey for those who are ready to see it unfold and be prepared to receive the shocks and surprises that it might throw. For some, life becomes drudgery because what they expected and what life gifted them were in opposite poles. No one decides what one needs to get out of life. It's a culmination of lot of factors that moulds the life the way it unfolds. Things that we can have control on seem easier than those on which we don't have any control. Such uncontrollable circumstances take the name of problems. Every problem has a solution just like how every lock is made with a key. Problem is a problem until we discover the solution for it. The best part is- everyone has equal rights to discover the solution of any problem troubling this world.

Once a person is born on this earth, no matter how hard he tries, he cannot escape the clutches of the earthy life until his time to leave the world arrives. Until then he has to pass his time on this planet. When we have no option to escape life, let's enjoy life. There is no point in sitting and moaning about things happening around us. You have the rights to cherish the good moments of life. Likewise you have the responsibility to combat the sad moments of life. While good moments make your heart go light, the tough moments should make you tough to face the challenges of life. Nothing comes easy here; you have to earn it, my friend! For those who doubt whether they will be able to earn what they desire to, here is the simple single philosophy which can empower you to believe in everything that you wish should come true. Every problem has a solution; you just need to discover it. You cannot say which solution will, for sure, solve the problem but you can be sure that when you hit the right solution the problem shall vanish. To make it happen you need to have a firm belief on God and thyself. You have to believe in yourself that you are going to be the problem-solver. Only then will your mind open up to search for solutions. Mind is one of those wonderful creations of God fit in a human body that can solve the unimaginable mysteries of this beautiful planet. Use it well and believe in your efforts which shall go on to solve the problem. What you dream is your right and no one has the rights to snatch it away from you.

There are a lot of people out there who will create problems. There are a lot out there who will complain about problems. There are plenty of those who will only see the problems and run away from them accepting defeat. None of these three categories of people take any action to solve anything. The remaining is the fourth set of people like you and me who should become the torch-bearers for the rest of them around us. We should carry the light of solutions to all the problems that hit us. Not to forget the most important lesson during the tough times of life - "Every problem has a solution".

Appa amma peche kekaame...

I  have been a crazy movie buff from a long time. In fact, I have learnt some of the best lessons from movies. Movies have been an inspiration and a reason for rejuvenation for me on many occasions. Once again, I am here to share one of the most profound lessons of life that got reinforced while watching a movie recently. In this movie, the hero is a cop who gets to meet some big shots in business. During the conversation, he mentions some of the lessons taught by his parents which he follows honestly. In return, they question him about his obedience towards his parents. At that point, he replies, "appa amma peche kekaame, vere yaar pecha kekunu?"

The title of this blog post is in Tamil language, one of the regional languages in India which has lived for centuries together. The last statement which is the reply of the cop is also in Tamil. Translated version goes like this - "Without listening to parents' advice who else's advice should we listen to?" With the age gap between parents and children yielding a vast gap in the technology and the kind of environment the kids are surrounded with today, it has become highly difficult for parents to hold on to their kids along their school of thought. Parents' beliefs seem far alien to the current generation of youth. As a result of this widening gap between the closest ones and absence of right guidance, today's youth is getting entangled into lot of problems, both physical as well as mental. When one doesn't listen to his/her parents' advice then s/he will be bound to listen to some random stranger's advice who appears in the form of a friend or a lover. What guidance can a fellow being give who himself/herself is left unguided in the darkness of ignorance!

Our parents have been the reason for our existence on this planet. They are the reason for us to have our basic necessities fulfilled to the best extent possible. Man undermines the value of people who always stay with him and provide him daily service. Being pampered by our parents, we forget that we are indebted to the kind and amount of care and love that they shower on us and take them for granted. As a result, we get misled in life because of others' words. It's time to remind ourselves that our parents' are the ones who shall always think about our profits more than their losses and turn our attention back towards our parents and their thoughtful words.

Sometimes just a gesture is sufficient

Recently I was watching the interview of a very famous movie hero who had turned into a politician. He was offered a role in one of the big budget movies offlate. He couldn't accept it because of his political commitments. He stated that ot would be difficult for him
to be punctual for shootings and hence it would disturb the complete schedule of the movie shooting. At this point he mentioned that even if he doesn't give any appointments for any meetings, by the time he leaves his home after just saying 'Hello' to all those people who
would have come to see him, this itself would take a minimum of three hours. At this point more than the busy-ness of the actor cum politician I understood how important it is to wish people. All that people want is a small recognition through any type of a gesture.

'People are not difficult, they are just different'. This is one of the famous quotes of Er. Sujit Lalwani, a star international inspirational speaker. There is a desire in every human being to be considered as important. Unfortunately most people rely on others to fulfill this desire of their's. A man who is completely self-aware, knows his worth doesn't care about what others think about him but not all people on this planet are wise enough to have such wisdom. They need to be recognised is what they feel. In majority of the functions and public meetings you might have observed that it's almost next to impossible to talk to anyone in detail because there are just too many people seeking attention of the hosts. It is quite possible for the hosts to miss out on saying just a 'Hi' to few of the guests and in majority of such cases people come back home and start blaming that they shouldn't have even gone to the function. They blame that the hosts didn't have even the courtesy of saying 'Hi!' to the guests knowing that there were just too many people to wish. This eventually goes on to develop cold relationship between these set of people and they revert the same action of disrespecting when they meet the next time by not even wishing the other person that goes on to completely cut the relationship.

There are 700 crore plus people on this planet. We can be very sure that not all will be with us forever. Out of the even few of them who are with us there is no point in losing them on such simple stupid occasions of not wishing them either by ignorance or overlooking.
Make your best efforts to wish people whenever you come face to face with them because all that people wish is just a wish. I wish to receive your feedback on is.mohanbn@gmail.com
