No input no output - No reading No speaking

Only nothing can be created out of nothing. All that we create is from the existing. It proves the simple theory that without any input there can't be any output. This is true in any case. In the arena of speaking as well if we don't have enough information in our brain, we can't convey much through our speeches. Information inflow has to happen to cause information outflow. Reading is the best form of giving us knowledge and information at our finger tips and to feed our minds with. Hence reading is a must for one to excel at speaking.

In today's world, knowledge is growing or rather multiplying in quantities unimaginable. I totally respect and accept the fact that it's impossible to garner all the information in the limited capacity of our brains. Still, our brain is large enough to gather sufficient stochastic information that's required for our professional, personal and spiritual growth. There's, in fact, no limit on the amount of information that can be burdened on our heads. It's scientifically proven that the maximum extent to which a human brain has been used till now is only 13%. In most of the other cases it's lesser than 10%. If this is the case, then we are sure that no one lacks the resource or space to collect information. If we can exploit this amazing memory reservoir between our shoulders, we can have huge statistics and logistics remain imprinted in our brain cells.

Once we have this collection of huge amount of diverse scattered data occupying every possible memory cell, we can pick and connect any two of them using the CPU of our brain to produce in front of others. This mode of expression can either be writing or speaking. Just like when a soldier surrounded with a thousand enemies will for sure hit someone by randomly shooting, we will be able to deliver content in any comfortable format by picking up any of the available data. However, if there's nothing to pick from then nothing can be spoken about. Hence I reiterate, no reading, then no speaking.

Let Go and Let's Go

Two words form two different phrases with just an extra apostrophe and a 's' and the meaning of both the phrases are exactly contrary to one another. English language gives this power to play with words and the author of this quote has just used it to the perfect extent. This is a quote from the book 'Life Simplified!' written by Sujit Lalwani who is a worldwide reknowned inspirational speaker cum entrepreneur. As I was going through this book, this particular quote struck me and I wanted to bring out the deep meaning of this quote into light to all my dear readers and hence am blogging about it.

In life, we desire for, crave for, ask for so many things in spite of knowing that we might not be able to have all of them. The instinctive desire to own what we like is born along with us and this basic instinct stays with a human being until death. It's the brain that decides whether to go for what we desire for or just not yield to the emotions of the impulsive heart. The author mentions in the book that letting go of things and deciding to go after what we want are the two toughest things to do. So the decision made by the brain is what decides whether we are going after what we want or just sacrificing the desire due to current circumstances. This decision making is not at all easy. On one side is the ever optimistic heart that says we must work no matter what, to accomplish what we desire for whilst on the other side is the logistics that show a completely improbable unclear path towards the same accomplishment. Which side does the brain take is an interesting yet a very difficult scenario for all of us at such instances.

The decision that shall churn out of all the mixed emotions and feelings will depend on our past experiences, intuitions, beliefs and principles of our life. We might just consider it as any other decision and move ahead but each of these decisions mould our attitude towards life. Hence it becomes of utmost importance to have made the right decision whether t0 go ahead despite all uncertainties and fears or to let go off the chance or the dream due to uncertainties and fears. You are always welcome to share your perceptions on

A mere thought

I have seen many people complaining that how much ever they work all goes as a waste and they reap nothing out of it. Even you might have heard people claiming something like this ''No man, I just wasted my time doing all this stuff''. Friends! even garbage sells. Then how can your actions go a waste. Not just your actions even your words cannot go a waste. I can guarantee you that even a thought in our mind doesn't go a waste. God has planned this world perfectly well for us. What you sow is what you reap. The output of this world is clearly controlled by the input of thoughts, actions and words of the inhabitants habituating the planet.

I am very sure that by this time you are going back to all those recent thoughts, words and actions of yours. Hence now I would like to share the concept of waves and antennas in relation to human mind that I studied in one of the books that I read. Every human mind is a transceiver. Each one of them emits particular frequency of waves and can receive signals emitted by other brains. This is somewhat similar to the concept of telepathy wherein two or more individuals can communicate without the usage of any media except for their mind and concentration powers. So every thought of yours gets converted to a wave and emits into the surrounding universe. When similar thoughts are emitted by other antennas tuning to the same frequency of thought as generated by you the impact of the thought increases which makes the thought to convert into reality on ground. That is when you are astonished to witness that what you thought just came true.

So there is no point in neglecting any thought that comes to your mind because you never know the intensity of the thought generated by you. Hence make sure that you focus your mind on stuff that concern you the most with the utmost intensity so that lot of them turn into reality soon and beware of any ill thoughts that might just hamper your progress. Every thought is capable of churing around a tornado just like the butterfly effect. Your feedback is valuable on is.mohanbn@gmail.com

Decide to not ask

I remember the famous thought stated by my dear birthdaymate Albert Einstein which goes like this -"I thank all those who denied to help me because of which I could learn and do all of it by myself". Probably due to time and knowledge constraints not everyone of us may be able to follow this statement though we agree with the same. There are innumerable situations that come in our lives where we are entrusted upon with certain work and we start searching for all those who can help us in that regard. Sometimes we are lucky enough to receive the help that we expect whilst sometimes we are at the end of receiving rejections as well.

The decision to not ask for help is one of the toughest decisions that you can take in any scenario. I am not suggesting one to stop asking people for information or service. When the source of any information or service is a specific individual and you cannot afford to have it done by yourself you may ask for their service in return of some payment but when you are self-aware about the algorithm to reach the information or the skill to learn the work to be done you might just be leaning one someone else for help even if its in the form of payment and might end up on the side of losing the experience. When you decide not to ask for help in any form your mind is forced to search for everyway to get the information you need to perform your work except for asking someone else. This provides enough force on the brain to innovate new ideas to accomplish the work at hand and that is where all your creativity will burst out. This process of punishing helplessness on oneself is a bit tough when you can see knowledge modules moving just around you but its quiet necessary to evacuate the dependency quotient from within and fill in the confidence to accomplish anything all by alone self.

Take any inventor for that matter who innovated something that didn't exist before. He or she was forced to think on creating something that didn't exist just by using the existing components and no one else knew the procedure for the same and hence it was helplessness forced upon by the surrounding environment that made him or her to invent what he/she did. You will explore the solution provider in yourself for any problem you face when you take up the complete ownership of solving any problem that you come across by yourself just by deciding not to ask anyone else for help.

Clarity, Definition, Transparency

When you are travelling along a highway to a far off distance its so important to have a clear idea of the path that you will traverse and also the transparency of the glass so that you can have a clear vision of the road ahead. Likewise in life its very important that we should be aware about how clear and well-defined our goals, dreams and visions are. If the driver doesn't know the exact destination and the exact path to reach the destination but only knows an approximation of where the destination is and a rough plan of road to reach the destination, even then the driver can find a route and reach the destination also but the extra time and energy spent in due course will be an extra expenditure. This extra can be small or big depending upon the lack of clarity and definition. However small it is, it is definitely going to cost the driver.

Everyone of us are sailing through the happenings of life day by day with some plan in mind. Some of them have just handed over the control to the circumstances around them and are under the misconception that fate will take care of them. I feel really sorry for such people. I would like to quote a very famous quote of Sri. Dhiru Bhai Ambani here which goes like this - "If you don't work to build your dreams, others will use you to build their's". Proabably this is the case with most of the people in today's world. That is why it is utmost essential for one to know the clear direction along which he/she wants to take his/her life in. Most of us have some plan or vision in our mind towards which we struggle day in and day out. But I want to stress upon the point about how clear and well-defined this goal is set in the mind. How clear are we about the path that will lead us to the dream in our minds? How transparent is the glass of imagination in our mind about our future? are some of the questions that I want my dear reader to think about and ponder over for an answer.

Let me make it very clear dear friends that we have a life of fixed time limit and we don't have eternal time to experiment and traverse every other path to reach our goal. Every extra minute spent and every extra thought invested on a disorganised plan is a second and a thought energy lost which could help us reach our goal earlier with an organised plan. A clearly defined vision and perfect structured plan of work can help us really save lots of time and mental energy and help us accomplish more and more. Start defining your goal and plan for future right now........

What is more precious than time?

This was the question on which I had pondered over time and again. Time is one thing which is completely not under our control. By the time you read these sentences probably five seconds have gone by. Everyone of us know it very clearly that our time on this earth is limited. No one has ever lived on forever. Inspite of knowing this truth we waste the precious time that's blessed upon us. I just feel that Shiv Khera is coming to slap me to remind how time is very important when he writes in his book 'You Can Sell' that it doesn't require a master degree to understand that time is precious enough not to be wasted. I don't have to say anything beyond this to emphasize the value of time. Then what is the answer for the question in the title of the blog?

The answer is your mental energy. We humans possess different kinds of energies such as physical energy, mental energy, spiritual energy and emotional energy. Here I would like to touch the topic of only mental energy because that is the one which keeps working continuously non-stop. The human mind can never stop thinking. Thoughts keep jumping from one nerve to the other continuously. Probably you are imaging the picture of the brain while reading this. That fast is the power of our mental energy. No doubt that in our daily life we come across challenging situations. Some might see them as irritating scenarios as well. The moment you take something as a challenge your mental energy works to find solutions but if you view it from the negative perspective your mental energy gets wasted in thinking about why it happened only to you, why is it so worse and so on. For example, I was just observing the people in a cab while leaving the office. There was a delay of two mintues since all cabs came to the exit at the same time and people started scolding the situation. Further the driver took a wrong route by mistake due to which the cab was held up in a signal for two extra minutes and people in the cab were pissed off. Guys come on! mistakes keep happening. Lets really worry when the mistake is big enough to make a huge impact. If its a small one which won't affect you and which will get resolved within few minutes then why the hell do you have to worry about it so much. Calm down people. These petty things are too tiny to seek the attention of our precious mental energy which can think and plan about big inventions and discoveries. Let's not heed to these unnecessary tensions.

Your mental energy should be focused on thinking positive things that can help your development and the same of the world. Probably even if you waste time playing or relaxing a bit extra you can catch up by using your mental energy in the highest efficient state possible to cover up for the lost time but on the other hand if you waste your mental energy on unnecessary silly things the trauma of it just continues to spoil the mental energy and time further. In a way you lose both mental energy and time. So program your mind in such a way that it doesn't respond to small minor distractions or distrubances rather is more focused towards your goals and dreams.
