Laugh Learn Live Love Lure

Life is a word that starts with letter 'L' and has a vowel as its second letter. I was just going through my mind as to what those 5 words could be which would start on the same lines of the word 'life' and follow the same structure. That's when I heard some of these words in the title during a session. If you observe the title, each of the words starting with letter 'L' has a vowel as its second letter and we have 5 words with all 5 vowels of our language.

Life is meant to be laughed out loud. We need to laugh at our mistakes, we need to laugh during our happiness time, and we need to laugh at the sad times only indicating to them that they don't even qualify to make us cry. Laughing is the best therapy to solve all kind of issues with our physical and mental body as well.

Learn to live. Right from the time of being born up to the time of dying, man is never spared of the learning curve. Each of us has to learn our lessons of life. No matter how many ever times we fail to learn, life remains the good teacher who keeps teaching us until we learn.

Live your life. Living means to be lively while living. Most of them just sail through life. On the other hand, they were supposed to play through life. Live every moment of your life. There is no point in passing through the hours. Every moment and minute should become the live memories stored in our past.

Love is the most important emotion of life. If you can't love, you can't be loved. One must learn to love the things around him and the people who surround him. Loving and spreading our love to the world around is the birth right of every individual on this planet. "Love all and live tall" as Er. Sujit Lalwani says always.

Lure everything that you want out of life. Life is that unlimited box of wrapped gifts that never gets empty ever. It's left on us as to how much we can lure life to give us all that we want. If one is not asking for something from life, then s/he is just wasting the magnificent gift of God called LIFE.

Krupanidhi School of Management invites IU

One more speech and this time it happened at Krupanidhi School of Management. It was April 1st, popularly known as the Fool's day, 2 young gentlemen from Inspiration Unlimited were invited by Krupanidhi School of Management(KSM) to address around 150 MBA students studying in their 1st year of MBA. The first man was Mr. Sujit Lalwani and the second lucky guy was me. The surprise was that both of us had no MBA degree attached to our names.

It was pretty long drive from the centre of Bangalore to reach KSM but somehow we made it but the students had to wait for about 60 minutes until we reached as we had lost the route on our way. It was about 12:30pm by the time we reached the college and the dean of KSM, Mr. Rahul Sharma escorted us into the auditorium filled with students with their blazers on citing that they were real MBA students. It was a very warm welcome extended by Ms. Patricia to begin the session. Sujit Lalwani sir took over the stage and with his never ending charm began engaging the audience in the talk of their life. He could make them realise that their choice of MBA shouldn't be just of a degree but a dream of their future life. He asked the students if they could be a part of a IUY2C campaign and when good number of hands went up, he took 5 minutes to find out the volunteers, plan the campaign, decide the deadline and assign the roles and proved that MBA could be learned in these 5 minutes.

Then Mr. Sujit Lalwani
continued talking about how few minutes of a day when used productively can help students mould their life. He explained about how grabbing every opportunity can make one go a long way ahead in life and shared some of his achievements at the national and international levels. I was glad that even I got a chance to address these set of MBA students. When I went on the stage I shared some of my experiences of my past about how otherwise advices of others can spoil our opportunities in life. I stressed on the point of making leadership a daily process and shared the example of my blogging with them. It was awesome to see that these students endorsed our points and vowed to create a difference in the world.

All regards and thanks to Mr. Rahul Sharma and the management of KSM for arranging this talk and joining hands with IU to spread inspiration among 150 more students.

Follow Your Heart

One more fantastic day materialised to end the financial year in an awesome manner. 31st of March,2013 marked one more session of IU(Inspiration Unlimited) in the city of Bangalore to inspire 100 plus youth from different colleges and different streams. It was a session on the most pressing topic among youth today titled as 'Follow Your Heart'. In this dynamic world today, people are advised to follow their heart by anyone and everyone. Unfortunately there are less number of people who can understand what's really there in their hearts but who aren't being guided towards how they need to follow their hearts. To clear these confusions and provide more clarifications on the topic IU came up with this session.

I was more than glad that I was also a part of this magnanimous event. In the morning, all the students belonging to different streams came and settled in the auditorium and we had the introduction and the ignition to the event given by Mr. Bharath GC who mesmerized the crowd with his smile and charmful talk. He explained about how energy needs to be showcased at every moment of life to get the best learning out of life and then introduced me on the stage. I was a bit nervous to talk on this critical-cum-crucial topic but took it as a challenge to throw myself into it. I spoke about the basic confusion that people have about following one's own heart. Some are deceived by the photos of people that they keep in their hearts and follow and reach nowhere in life. I discussed about how some are stopped by the parental restrictions, some are demotivated by their peers while some shy or fear away from following their hearts were the different reasons for not following one's own heart. I shared about some of the examples from my own life about how I followed my heart when I wanted to become a multilingual guy, when I wanted to start a robotics company, when I wanted to quit my job and jump into entrepreneurship, when I wanted to create a record in blogging and succeeded in all of them. Then it was time for the show to reach the pinnacle of its purpose and we welcomed the well reknowned international inspirational speaker Mr. Sujit Lalwani on the stage by witnessing whom the audience went mad.

Sujit Lalwani sir in his most humourous way conveyed that following your heart was all about breaking the rules of the world to pursue your passion. He had brought along with him few slides each one of which spoke a key message to follow your heart. He spoke about how following your mind would take only courage but following your heart would take everything from you. He explained the tiny twists and turns in our life that can be the reasons for the biggest successes or failures of our life. He showcased the international platforms like One Young World, Your Big Year, World MERIT and VISIT Russia all of which he was a part of just because he followed his heart everytime without being bothered by the advices and comments of others. He showed people that success was not attached with the age of the achiever and shared few of his achievements which inspired the audience. Totally, it was an empowering session which concluded with the fearless participants who came on the stage to share their learning and commitments with the audience. Even you can be a part of upcoming IU sessions in different cities of India if you're determined to take control of your life and dreams. Do visit www.iuindia.com and contact Mr.Bharath GC on 7829414616 for more details.

www.targetcgp.com

Jan 13th,2013 witnessed one of the best magnanimous events in Kundapur, one of the districts in Karnataka, India. The aim of the program was to trigger the inspiration in youth from different regions of the west coast of Karnataka namely kundapura, udupi, bhatkal, moodalkatte and others. The entire 8 hour event was organised by Saraswathi Group of Institutes and Akshaya Coaching Classes headed by Rithesh Kamath and RamaMurthy respectively. They had really worked hard for last 45 days to make sure that close to 1500 students would go back from the event empowered and with a fire in them to accomplish their dreams and make our nation proud. It was one of the best events to kick off this new year with unlimited enthusiasm and motivation.

The event started by about 9 am in the morning with prayer and a small stage performance. Then came the highly energetic gentleman to trigger the fire of passion and aggression in students and he was none other than Mr.Gururaj Pai, an educator who has been very passionate about taking speeches and motivating the youth towards a better future. His voice was powerful enough to fill in watts of power in the studnets sitting in the hall. He taught about memory techniques and basic principles of life that one needs to follow. His main message was to love oneself. His speech of 100 minutes was filled with loads of energy. Then came Srilatha Danya mam who has been a M.Sc 1st rank holder. She spoke about the flaws in the current education system and suggested a lot of methods by which the education system can undergo a rapid positive change. Even the students voiced their consent to her suggestions and promised to support her in all her movements. She instantly became a role model to a lot many girls at the event. After her contentful speech there were demos by students of kundapura about flying quad-rotor, robotic bird and hacking. Gautam Navada was a 19year old kid who had started a website www.coondapur.com and had got lakhs of visits on his websites. He was the young star for the day. Then the crowd broke for lunch at 1:10pm.

Precisely at 1:40 pm the crowd gathered back only to witness a roar of applause when they got a glimpse of the person for whom the entire lot had been waiting from the morning. It was none other than Er. Sujit Lalwani who thrilled the audience just by his entry. There was an uproar of happiness among the crowd. It was as if they were all waiting since morning only for this moment. The next 3 hours was just a feast for the audience. Sujit sir spoke of varied topics in his amazing style and the crowd was only mesmerized by his talk. He spoke about patriotism, respect towards parents, working towards one's own dreams, developing the nation, self-appreciation and lot of other topics. The feedback from the students was tremendous. I am happy that I was also a part of this event and got few minutes to convey the inspirational story about an eagle's life. Vijeth Shivaraj and Shyesh.K.S also had been a part of this mega event. I would like to thank the organisers, volunteers, speakers and all the sponsors who were responsible for making this wonderful event happen on 01-13-2013.

LIFE really simplified

No doubt that books are the best friends of humans. Pages of a book encompass all the learnings and experiences that the humankind has gone through till now. A book can represent the entire life history of any human being on this earth. Probably the only reason all of us are able to follow our cultures is that all our Godly scriptures like Bhagwadgeeta, Quran and Bible are alive in books even today. Books are the only non-living means of transfer of knowledge from one man to the other. Such is the power of books. I am glad and happy to present you with the first book of my mentor Er.Sujit Lalwani which is titled aptly as 'Life Simplified!'

Sujit Lalwani is a pass-out from NIT(K), Suratkal from mechanical branch. He has been through some of the best remarkable experiences in last eight years of his life through business, networking, international level conferences and competitions sandwiched between frequent inspirational talks inspiring masses day in and dat out. He has been responsible for more than 20,000 under-privileged kids to be made computer-literate. He has had the humungous expertise of leading 8000 plus network of business associates. He has been the founder of revolutionary social ideas which are globally growing today such as 36meals.com which aims at eleminating hunger from the world under the banner of which already more than 10,000 meals have been donated to the needy across 25 cities of the world, IU-Youth 2 Children campaign through which thousands of government school students have been made aware of internet and opportunities in future after school by college-going students, IUNewspaperbag initiative which aims at having a greener, eco-friendly and better world by reducing the usage of plastics and providing an alternative of using newspaperbags instead and educating people on the same lines. Along with all these social entrepreneurial ventures Sujit Lalwani is also the founder of 'Inspiration Unlimited', a company which is striving hard to inspire masses towards pursuing their passion and to bring about a massive positive change in the society. Along with this, he is running 'IU websolutions' which provides website construction services and IUSMS(IU Social Media Solutions) which provides social media martketing services to businesses and institutions. Since he alone cannot talk to large number of people in different places of the world at the same time, he has founded an online magazine which targets to spread the fireball of inspiration through information called as 'IUeMag' which has writers contributing valuable articles from 25 countries across the globe and readers from more 75 countries across the earth.

Probably I could summarize just less than 1% of what Sujit Lalwani has done in the past 8 years. He has represented India at international level conferences such as One Young World, Visit RUSSIA forum and Year Big Year travelleing across five different countries of the world and has had a chance to meet Sir Richard Branson (founder and owner of Virgin group of companies). He has travelled and addressed people across 300 cities of India, Nepal, United Kingdom, Switzerland and Russia. Sujit Lalwani is a serial entrepreneur who will be coming up with slew of companies in near future to serve the world. Finally, after multiple and perseverant requests by his fans and friends, he has come up with his first book to reach out to all those who need his advice and guidance towards a glorious life and this book is titled as 'Life Simplified!'. After reading all these, if you are imagining my mentor to be with ages of experiences behind his back, let me surprise you by letting you know that he is just 25 years young. In this book 'Life Simplified!', he aims at conveying the best lessons of life that he has realised through his stupendous journey through  various ventures in simple words which can have immediate positive impact on your life once implemented. Hence I recommend each one of you to visit www.sujitlalwani.com and order your copy right now before the stocks are over. This book would also be reaching the book stores in short time. You can place your personal orders with the HR and marketing head of Inspiration Unlimited, Mr. Bharath.G.C as well on 7829414616.

I am really happy to pass on this little information on international inspirational speaker, the Josh Machine, the fireball of inspiration, serial entrepreneur, author, poet, ardent blogger Er. Sujit Lalwani who has addressed, motivated and inspired more than 11 lakh people through face-to-face talks in last 8 years. I am equally proud and happy to let you know about his first book 'Life Simplified!' which will be in your hands soon to keep you inspired and optimistically spirited throughout LIFE. You can share your feedback about the book on is.mohanbn@gmail.com

Be the mirror

"People are not difficult, people are just different" - This is one of the famous quotes by the serial entrepreneur Er.Sujit Lalwani. This statement is so true that we an apply it in our day to day life as we keep interacting with lot of people. Since man is a social being, he has to live in a society with the best interpersonal skills to achieve his objectives. People are different and as a result their opinions are different, their attitudes are different. Some might be in sync with your way of thinking while some might not be. If you are aiming to convince all by your point of view then its going to be absolutely impossible. You will have to do so in their own style. This is what I mean by 'be the mirror'.

Everything in this world has a meaning associated with it which is generic enough for everyone but people define their own definitions for different things as per their background, education, experience, exposure, attitude and other factors. Some of the unquantified words oftentimes take the definitions defined by individuals and when two such people argue about them there's a clash due to different perceptions as well as perception levels. As a result of these differences people with more authority will definitely try to dominate with their definitions. In such circumstances there is no point in arguing between two perceptions. Let's use the solution of mirror effect at this point. Just observe the way other person talks and figure out his/her prominent points used to confront any argument. This requires good observation and learning as well. Then apply the same method to your arguments and present it to the opposition. Its as simple as fighting with a person who is having a gun with a gun itself. There's no point in using a sword against the gun.

Every person has his own strong means of winning arguments and to prove his point just for the sake of ego. There's no point pointing out the ego because some cannot just live without it and even that pointing out will hurt their ego. Just behave the way they do in their own style in front of them. Showcase the exact reflection of the other person by being the mirror infront of him. They cannot face their own self when they are wrong and that will give them a chance to correct themselves and a chance for you to put across your points on the same bridge.

Conflicts, confrontations are common. Comeback with your views on this blog on is.mohanbn@gmail.com

A day to never forget

Indian Independence day is a mark in the world history to resemble the significance of non-violence. We have been celebrating independence day from a long time since our childhood. Hoisting flags, distributing sweets and chocolates, singing national anthems etc have been our natural process of celebrating our independence day but today was the day when few youth of Bangalore decided to celebrate the same day in a rather different way. They decided to make a small mark of their own in the Indian history today. I am just so happy to share the experience of this exciting day with all my lovely readers.

Around 70+ youth gathered in the morning at 9:30am in S.R.N.Adarsh College. The Inspiration Unlimited team and the founder Er.Sujit Lalwani were there to arrange series of events as part of their corporate social responsibility under the banner of "IUCares". All the students were seggregated into 14 different teams first. Each team chose a team name, team colour and team leader. Then one by one teams were sent to a task room where they were assigned different tasks to create a positive social impact. Each team was assigned with just three hours to complete their task. Some of the tasks were like fund raising to buy meals, stationery, books, vicks, dental kits, soaps etc and donate them to the needy in different areas of bangalore. Some had to visit old age homes, orphanages to celebrate independence day with the people there, some had to collect statistics and data regarding the state of the areas in bangalore. All the teams were really excited to work in the hot sun in a team of complete strangers but yet contribute something to the society on ocassion of independence day. Students learnt different lessons in due course of the journey, understood the real situation of our country, felt really happy for celebrating this day in such a fantastic practical manner. After the activity all the teams shared the photos and videos they had taken during the tasks and shared a presentation of their project with the best energetic feeling. Each one of them was present from morning 10 am till evening 7 pm to create a positive difference in the society.

Hats off to the management of S.R.N.Adarsh College for their commendable support to this special activity. May more students take part in such activity time and again. Let's not wait for independence day to create such positive impact on the society. I welcome everyone of you to participate, learn and contribute alongwith IUcares. A brilliant salute to IUteam as well which during this entire busy schedule created a website and started off with facebook pages for IUcares to promote all the noble activities. Stress Pressure Discomfort

Well! this was a topic that I wanted to address from a very long time. Infact I myself have been through these situations many a times and have lost many battles to come out of the same. As experience grew and exposure increased I started using certain preached techniques and also discovered few on my own to combat these. In today's busy world wherein people are burdened with 'n' number of work and responsibilities it is quite natural for one to yield to situations of stress, pressure and discomfort. Be it a student or a working individual in any field, there are challenges everywhere that need to be faced and accomplished within predefined deadline with the expected quality. Unwanted restrictions are just making life more miserable for people. So what are the reasons for this and how do we deal with them is the content of the next part.

Information keeps increasing everyday. Restructuring of knowledge evolves continuously. Methods get finetuned and new developments are bound to occur in every phase of life. Unfortunately the human mind cannot update itself in comparison to the development happening around but in order to survive one is forced upon to improve on a daily basis. There's a famous quote that I had heard which goes like this "If you are not updated then you are outdated". Indeed the statement is very true. So this simple expectation of everyday growth is itself a big hurdle which is putting people under pressure. Evaluation techniques of one's skills and knowledge are also getting tougher day by day just to filter off the rest from the best. This heavy competition is putting tremendous pressure on people to extend their working hours to survive in the competition else they know that they will be washed out. While struggling to update and compete one is surrounded with lot of other restrictions which make life even more uncomfortable.

The very simple solution logically to deal with this but a bit challenging approach practically
is to first give time for yourself to talk with yourself. The worst thing that can happen to someone is that he/she might die and death is something that is bound to occur. When you're definite about the worst thing that can happen to you and have accepted it then anything else is just a passing phase of life for which you don't have to give away your life. Just tell yourself that you will give your best to accomplish everything that is possible and start listing down the tasks that your have to do. "Too many things undone on the mind is stress" - courtesy Er.Sujit Lalwani. Once you have listed down, chart out a rough plan of the approach that you're going to follow and the time you require to accomplish each task. This will clearly tell you if you can complete all of them within the prescribed deadline or not. Then you can reorder the priorities and probably extend the deadline as well as per the new plan to complete all the tasks. As soon as this plan is charted out and finalised you will be surely releived of all the pressure. Last but not the least important point is to then make sure that you enjoy while executing your plan and try to increase your efficiency in order to complete the tasks well before the deadline so that you have enough time for review as well. This has been the method that I have been applying and which has worked out really well for me.

Sharing with you all what worked for me. Hope that you also share with me the implications of this blog's implementation on is.mohanbn@gmail.com
