Group Call - The most awaited app of the world

Time is one of the most precious treasures of life that is severely limited every day. No matter how rich you are or how wise you are, you cannot extend 24 hours by even a speck of a second. Efficiency is the only factor that can enhance your productivity in the limited amount of time that you are blessed with in a day. Communication over phone being a part of our daily process, apart from talking on phone the overhead cost of time is the tapping of numbers on the keypad or searching the name to call and sliding the finger across. This process consumes focus as well as time. What if both these could be saved for you on certain big occasions and amidst tight time and busy schedules? Here comes the solution in the name of Group call for the entire world.

“Group call app acts as a hands-free when you need to make consequent calls to a group of people. All you need to do is create a new list, add the people from your contact list and click one button. The app starts calling one contact after the other without your intervention. 'Pause', 'Resume' and 'Stop' are some of the options you can use. You can shuffle the list, call from a contact in between and add new contacts in between.
Birthday parties, Event Invites, Marriage invitations, Daily calls to your teams, Follow up calls to clients, Client relation calls, Monthly call to all your friends, or Just anything about a group - Make a list and never bother yourself again when it comes to calling them in a sequence. One button and you just need to go on TALKING!
Keep the MAIN THING the MAIN THING - YOU TALK! We will dial for you...”

Install the app, add your list to be called, play the app and continue your work. While your earphones or Bluetooth headset is connected to your smartphone, you are completely hands-free. While your vocal cords are busy talking to your friends and family, you are totally free to concentrate on your driving or do other household work or work on your laptops. You are completely relieved of the thinking process of whom to call next and you tend to get more relaxed in your conversations. You don’t have to pick up the phone after every call to search for the next name and dial. You buy peace of mind along with this free app. Isn’t that a fair deal!

This is what some of our users had to say about the Group Call app:

Indoor Cricket: The Next IPL for India?

Cricket is a religion in India, one would not oppose this statement even under hypnotized conditions of their minds. Indoor cricket which is truly exciting and a game that wouldn't get abondoned even due to rain, isn't loved as much, may be because of lack of its reach and infrastructure too.

Its all about how long we stick to the sport that truly counts in making it a part of the culture of a nation. Its been close to 4 years as we share this with you, that Indoor cricket, through this lovely brand Action Sports, has existed in India. Now Inspiration Unlimited (IU) envisions to take its baby steps in realizing this dream of having Indoor cricket reach every corner of India. We are working hard towards finding out if there is enough craze and zeal in India for this GAME.

India is a land of opportunities and of passionate people who would endorse new ideas to try, test and learn unlike before when many a people were closed to new ideas. Lets together fathom the sea of Indoor games really deep and drown into the beauty of these games.

Every Industry takes its time to grow. The foothold anywhere only gets stronger with years that passby if the commitment levels are a testimonial for that industry & even others. Indoor cricket is one such platform in Indian Context that hasn't got much recognition equivalently as compared to IPL or other popular names and games have got. Its now a rising industry.

There is already a young budding team of players coming from different backgrounds for Indoor cricket in India. If you attempted to study how they got together to become the Indian Indoor Cricket team, you would go through a maze that would have no parallel to leave you bewildered.

These guys have hair-rising stories of how they fought to win every single match for the team and now they are aiming to win it for the country as a team in Sri Lanka. A sport which doesn't quite easily find sponsors because of lack of attention, is something these young boys are putting their time and efforts for, simply to represent the nation and win back pride, as their aint other profits or benefits to strive for.

The determination of these boys is of steel, their love for the game is deeper than the deepest beds of ocean and their passion is higher than highest peak of everest.

IUeMagazine takes a step forward to recognize their brilliance and reward them with best wishes from all of its readers to win the Title In Sri-Lanka for India and make their way to World Cup in NZ in 2014. GO GO GO!

The 8 YOUNG SUPERSTARS of Bangalore

Today's youth is useless. This is one of the most offending statements that I've heard from the mouths of many elders. I wish to claim here like other great men that today's youth are used less and not useless. Swami Vivekananda would say, "Give me 100 energetic young men and I shall transform India." IU (Inspiration Unlimited) was born with the same vision to transform the world and that is where, we also needed youth to take part in this auspicious crime. It was May 18th, when we officially launched IU1010, wherein we chose 10 mad and crazy people from different parts of Bangalore to build leaders in them. Through a journey of 8 challenging weeks of tasks and lessons, IU team was successful in moulding these young leaders for our society who astonished the Bangalore crowd on July 14th.

Aditi, Anusha, Harikiran, Harshitha, Nikhil, Pavada, Spoorthi and Vishwesh were the youngsters from Bangalore who organized a massive conference on the topic, 'Being Entrepreneurial' for a gathering of close to 150 Bangaloreans. I was glad to be one of the speakers on the list who was invited along with Mr. Bharath GC, Mr. Anil Kumar KN and Mr. Sujit Lalwani. The conference happened on July 14th afternoon, from 2:30pm up to 7:30pm in Telugu Vijnana Samithi auditorium and was indeed highly inspiring.

Spoorthi and Harshitha were the two young ladies who shouldered the responsibility of compering the entire event. These 8 young STARs were the reason for close to 150 people to learn about entrepreneurship. Right from booking the hall to winding up after the event, every part of this mega event was taken care by these 8 inspiring individuals. The event kicked off with inspirational videos followed by an energetic introduction by Mr. Bharath GC. Then the stage was taken over by Harshitha and Spoorthi, who introduced the concept of entrepreneurship. I was glad to be invited as the first speaker and I spoke about the 'E' of 'Entrepreneurship' and that 'E' symbolizes 'EXPLORING'. I explained about how exploring every talent, skill and opportunity can make one entrepreneurial in life.

The next person to rock the stage with his technical bent of mind was Mr. Anil Kumar KN, who introduced the requirement of energy and enthusiasm for one to be entrepreneurial. He was followed by none other than the One Young World Ambassador from India, Mr. Sujit Lalwani who shared his entrepreneurial journey and showed how he had made it so big in life at such a young age. The climax was the feast of the entire event. It was all worth listening to the first 4 hours because the last hour held the proof of all that was spoken during the initial 80% of the conference. The time had come to know and witness about how ordinary students in their graduation had gone on to transform their lives in just a matter of 8 weeks and had impacted 5 lakh lives. The last hour ignited tears of happiness in the eyes of parents of these 8 powerful young souls. Each of the IU1010 candidate was invited on stage to share his/her experience in IU1010.

The first person called upon the stage was Spoorthi who shared about how hopeless she had felt just 8 weeks back and today how she stood as the hope for many and about her project on dignity of labour. She was followed by Aditi who filled her speech with her attitude of gratitude to her mentors and shared about her project of 'Help Women Lead'. Then came in Harikiran who shared his dream of becoming the youngest Chief Minister of Karnataka. Then came in the ever smiling Harshitha who blew away the audience with her powerful words. She was followed by Pavada who showed that language can be no barrier to become a leader. He was followed by Vishwesh who shared his dream of owning a Hayabusa by his own earning in the next one year. Then, we had Anusha who showed that she could be an inspiration to thousands of students even though God had taken away her parents from her. Finally, came on the stage the Indian indoor  cricket team player, Nikhil Kanchan who rocked the stage with his words. These 8 young leaders were the superstars of July 14th and will remain for times to come to stand as live examples of what youth can do and how they can change the country.

Last but not the least, I cannot forget the people from the audience who jumped onto the stage to share their feedback. One person also shared about how his friend had survived cancer by watching inspirational videos of Sujit Lalwani sir online. This was the cherry on the cake for the entire event. I wish and pray to God to bless all of us and keep blessing to repeat such success stories again and again.

Back to Back talks at Sri Lakshmi Nursing College

Sometimes God showers blessings as a double dhamaka offer. All thanks to the Almighty that my desire to address more and more people came true as my craving for it grew stronger day by day. It was just couple of days back when I was invited to Sri Laksmi Group of Institutions to address the nursing students, some of who were pursuing their diploma in nursing and some were from B.Sc (nursing). There was a batch of students who were in their masters as well. Two sessions back to back were planned for one hour each and students from different classes were combined in one classroom and that's where the dreams party began.
The first session started around 11am and there were more than 80 students in the class, many were from north-eastern part of India. Kunal Taswalaji took up the introduction to introduce me for the first ever time. I was invited with a thunderous applause as I embarked upon the stage. I spoke about how I being from engineering and them being from nursing background didn't have anything common to talk about. Then I took them back in their memories of childhood and reminded them that they too had dreams like me to become highly successful in life. After that, we spoke about how fears have stopped us from even accepting our own dreams. Lack of self-confidence and scarcity of appreciation have ruined our self-respect and self-image. I addressed about these issues and shared my mantra with them. The mantra was 'BREAK YOUR FEAR AND LOVE YOURSELF'. The same topics were touched in a different style during the second session that started by 12:15pm. I was shocked to see students saying that their dreams have become smaller as they grew more. That's where I reminded them that dreams seemed to be smaller because they had pushed them away and taught the same lesson as mentioned above. The one hour sessions were elongated to 90 minutes each because students were enjoying the sessions.

Both the sessions were highly humourous and students laughed their heart out. Yet, the impact was tremendous. When I called up the principal, Smt. Bhagyalakshmi mam, I got to know that one of her students who was running around with a document from one week to quit her nursing, after the session went to her principal and committed that she would never quit but would stay back and complete her education. I was very glad to hear this feedback along with reading pages of feedback that the students had written. Over all, it was an amazing experience to address students from completely different stream and background from that of me but still be able to trigger the passion for dreams and break the fears in them. I would like to thank the principal mam for providing us the opportunity. I would like to congratulate Mr. Arun Chikmarappa, competing for Your Big Year competition 2013 because of whom close to 200 students were made aware about global platforms like World MERIT and Your Big Year. Last but not the least, I must thank my team IU(Inspiration Unlimited) and my mentors, Lalwani brothers for their amazing support and mentoring.

The new meaning to MBA

MBA means Masters in Business Administration, a post graduation course that students pursue after their graduation. Well! In today's world, MBA degree is failing to create people who can actually master the administration of any business. Reasons are many. It might be because of the lack of expert teachers or void of practical opportunities or the huge syllabus only taught in theory etc. It was an opportunity for me to address such MBA students from one of the colleges from Bangalore by name Sheshadripuram College of Management Studies on May 2nd, 2013. I was invited by the faculty with a hope that my words could actually make a difference in the lives of those students. I had a huge responsibility to cater to as I was suppose to be addressing MBA students with myself having no MBA degree to my name.

It was 2:10pm in the afternoon and I entered the class of 1st year MBA. Akhila mam, the main co-ordinator for the event had made good arrangements and the director of MBA welcomed us. A boy read out my profile which wasn't updated recently and then I took upon the stage. After thanking God, parents and the students, I entered the topic of MBA. When I asked the students as to how their MBA was going, their replies were something like these,'boring', 'hectic'.... When I asked them if they were actually enjoying their MBA, the answer was silence. Some of them had no idea as to how this MBA degree would offer them any further scope in life. Some were pursuing MBA just for the sake of a post graduation degree which was a disheartening fact to notice. Instead of supplementing their qualification, MBA had become a supplement that they took to improvise their qualification credibility.

Through good amount of humour, I could interact with the students and discuss about the issues that were affecting them. Then I conveyed the new meaning of MBA which actually turned around the cards. M means 'Make your dreams come true'. B means 'Break your fears' and A means 'ACTION'. Taking action to break all your fears in order to make all your dreams come true should be the philosophy of MBA. Lots of examples were shared and a new trigger to look forward for a enjoyable and successful life was given. I could share my own testimonies as to how I became one of the leading bloggers with my efforts for one whole year, how from a student who couldn't converse properly in English during Engineering, today, I can take speeches in 5 different languages and have become a multilingual inspirational speaker. I wanted to present my own life stories because I was the live proof in front of them.

At the end, students came on the stage to claim fearlessly that they would be breaking their fears from now on and would go on to achieve their dreams. Couple of students even shared about their ideas of starting manufacturing plants in India itself instead of importing the products from foreign countries. Some even shared that they were shocked to realise that they had for the first ever time heard to a speaker who took up a 2 hour session with the utmost energy. This was a pat on my back and I felt satisfied about my work. I thank my mentor and IU(Inspiration Unlimited) for whatever I am today and of course Mr.Kunal Taswala who in spite of not having lunch, captured the precious memories in his photos. If anyone would like to have such sessions in your institutions, I would be more than willing to deliver many more such empowering sessions. You can contact me on is.mohanbn@gmail.com

Kalpana - Beyond imagination

The word 'kalpana' in Hindi means imagination. But the word 'Kalpana' that I have used in the title doesn't refer to imagination but to a girl by name Kalpana from Gujarat who is beyond imagination. Students from 5 different colleges made their presence felt today in Bangalore to attend a session about ENTREPRENEURSHIP by Team IU(Inspiration Unlimited) and international inspirational speaker Mr. Sujit Lalwani. A large group of youth participated in this event and out of these there was one girl by name Kalpana who has an inspiring story to share with us.
Kalpana was enrolled into a Marathi school during her early childhood and had to study completely in Marathi. Then for her higher classes during schooling, she was transferred to another school that taught in Gujarathi. There was no option for her to study in an English medium school. After her schooling, she was sent to Bangalore to study in IKON nursing college to pursue B.Sc in nursing where the complete syllabus was taught in English alone. Indeed this was a big shock for Kalpana as she had to shift from regional medium school to English medium college all of a sudden absolutely without any expertise in English. However with the encouragement of her dad, she took up this bold step and entered Bangalore. This is just a brief introduction about Kalpana. To learn about how she managed through these language barriers let's see some Q&As;
How did you feel when you were transferred to schools teaching in different languages?
When I joined a Gujarathi institution to learn science I was very afraid. Then, I told myself that nothing is impossible on this earth. Even my dad encouraged me and I gave my best in the exams. Everyone around me was schocked that a girl from Marathi background had fared well in Gujarathi medium.
When you were trasnferred from Gujarathi medium to English medium institution, how did you face the challenge?
I almost doubted myself if I would be able to do anything but then consoled myself that now I couldn't turn my back on education and leave. I felt sad thinking that my dad would be disappointed to know that his daughter had accepted defeat. Hence I decided that I would put in my best efforts and learn. Today, though I make mistakes while speaking in English, I can understand English completely. I am even proficient in Marathi, Gujarathi and Hindi.
When you started practising to communicate in English how was your experience?
In our college, speaking in regional language is prohibited. So, when I used to speak in English with my Gujarathi friends they used to get irritated with the mistakes that I made while speaking and would ask me to stop speaking in English, but today the same friends appreciate me for the kind of fluency that I have mastered in speaking in English.
When you felt bad hearing to your friends' comments what did you do?
I used to cry a lot when my friends teased me. I have a habit of writing my daily dairy. I used to pour down my feelings in it. I blamed my dad for not enrolling me into an English medium school but my dad told me that I would be proud about him when I would be the topper of the class even in the English medium college.
When you were changing schools and college, your language medium was changing which upset you but because of that today you know Hindi, Marathi, Gujarathi, Nepali and English and you are a multilingual person today. How do you feel about it?
By learning different languages, I have even learned different cultures of which my friends are a part of. Hence I can mingle with all friends of mine very easily because of which I have many friends.
What is your one message to those who feel inferior while communicating in English?
Please don't think negative. Tell yourself that you will be able to do. Instead of thinking that things will not happen, give your best to make things happen. I gaurantee that if you try, you shall definitely succeed.
Who all do you want to thank for being an inspiration in your life?
First of all, I want to thank my dad about whom I am very proud of. He is the reason for my success today. In spite of low income levels, he is spending a lot on me and my studies and providing me all the amenities. Secondly, I want to thank that teacher of mine who encouraged me to go on the stage and talk to hundreds of people. Thirdly, I would like to thank Sister Devi who has helped me and my friends to get an exposure about different things happening around us and who has been a source of inspiration and encouragement for us always.

Krupanidhi School of Management invites IU

One more speech and this time it happened at Krupanidhi School of Management. It was April 1st, popularly known as the Fool's day, 2 young gentlemen from Inspiration Unlimited were invited by Krupanidhi School of Management(KSM) to address around 150 MBA students studying in their 1st year of MBA. The first man was Mr. Sujit Lalwani and the second lucky guy was me. The surprise was that both of us had no MBA degree attached to our names.

It was pretty long drive from the centre of Bangalore to reach KSM but somehow we made it but the students had to wait for about 60 minutes until we reached as we had lost the route on our way. It was about 12:30pm by the time we reached the college and the dean of KSM, Mr. Rahul Sharma escorted us into the auditorium filled with students with their blazers on citing that they were real MBA students. It was a very warm welcome extended by Ms. Patricia to begin the session. Sujit Lalwani sir took over the stage and with his never ending charm began engaging the audience in the talk of their life. He could make them realise that their choice of MBA shouldn't be just of a degree but a dream of their future life. He asked the students if they could be a part of a IUY2C campaign and when good number of hands went up, he took 5 minutes to find out the volunteers, plan the campaign, decide the deadline and assign the roles and proved that MBA could be learned in these 5 minutes.

Then Mr. Sujit Lalwani
continued talking about how few minutes of a day when used productively can help students mould their life. He explained about how grabbing every opportunity can make one go a long way ahead in life and shared some of his achievements at the national and international levels. I was glad that even I got a chance to address these set of MBA students. When I went on the stage I shared some of my experiences of my past about how otherwise advices of others can spoil our opportunities in life. I stressed on the point of making leadership a daily process and shared the example of my blogging with them. It was awesome to see that these students endorsed our points and vowed to create a difference in the world.

All regards and thanks to Mr. Rahul Sharma and the management of KSM for arranging this talk and joining hands with IU to spread inspiration among 150 more students.

Awareness ~ route to fearlessness

27th of January, 2013 was just an awesome day. Early morning car driving followed by a fantastic activity of meals donation accompanied with brithday celebrations of one of my closest friends, Bharath.G.C alongwith a chance to listen to Sulibele Chakravarthy at JAGO BHARATH function. However this blog is dedicated to the most loyal and humble person whom I have met in my life, my dear friend Bharath.G.C who shared this awesome lesson with the entire team of IU, "Awareness~ route to fearlessness".

Generally, we are afraid of those things which we haven't faced yet in our lives. We are afraid of them because we lack awareness about them. We are unaware about how might that thing or situation be. A simple example is that of darkness or spirits. People are afraid of darkness because they don't know what might happen during darkness if they take any step, people are afraid of spirits because they don't know what to do if they ever come across them. All the fear is due to the earlier heard stories about how darkness or spirits have harmed someone. Basically without having experienced oneself or have given a chance to oneself to face the fear, unwareness itself creates a fear. If one knows very clearly that whenever there is darkness one just needs to light a lamp or move towards a source of light, all fears vanish. As we grow in life we expect things to be as we want them to be. What we want depends on what we have seen earlier in life. Anything new about which we are not aware instantly creates a fear in us stopping us from trying it out.

Hence, knowing and learning more will always help us take action to expand our horizons in those directions. The action taking step itself defines that one is fearless. Once you have learned about the consequences that your action might reap then you have a clear idea in mind as to how to take the first step. The route to take action is to be fearless and the best way to develop fearlessness is by getting more and more awareness. Thanks to Bharath.G.C sir for sharing this wonderful lesson. You can pour in your thoughts on

IUNPB20112012

IUNPB20112012 means IUNewspaperbag project on November 20th,2012. I had just given a small introduction of this mighty project in the previous blog. Then I thought of informing you completely on these lines. IUnewspaperbag is one of the Ambassador projects taken up alongwith OneYoungWorld, a globally reknowned organization. The link you can check out about this project is here - 'http://www.oneyoungworld.com/ambassador-actions?field_imp act_area_nid=4716&country%5B%5D=in&title= '. So this November 20th,2012, on the occassion of International Children's day this team is aiming to create 1,00,000 newspaperbags to create a mega awareness on the message of reducing the usage of plastics and recycling. Let's support this cause whole-heartedly.

It's a great news to know for every Indian that this project born in India is being supported by 26 other countries of the world. Anyone above the age of 18 can volunteer for this project to be a part of a mark in history. More than 20 schools of Bangalore will be participating in this project because it's happening on International Children's Day and the children shall be the right people to carry forward the message of saving and making our environment better. Hats off to the vision of Er. Sujit Lalwani and his team of IU {Inspiration Unlimited} who have taken up this daring task. Also not to forget to mention Ms. Beena Chowdary, a law degree student who has been appointed as the CVH (Chief Volunteering Head) to carry out this project. She has got friends in Meghalaya and Chennai also agree to participate in this campaign. Then entire step to step procedure of how to make a newspaperbag which can hold 5-6kg easily has been shown by her in the video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fK8rF2Z_Ejg .

Friends! The entire report of this project shall be presented at OneYoungWorld 2013/14 conference in Johannesberg in Africa. Every school's logo would be added in the report presented at the summit. This event shall showcase the magnanimous impact that can be created by a huge team oriented towards a particular goal in a matter of just 2 to 3 hours. So, if you also want to volunteer and be a part of a historical event like this, do message or call on +91 9916034862 or +91 7829414616. You can even drop in your messages on is.mohanbn@gmail.com

Will have to make it happen

Just a few seconds back while I was thinking of a topic for today's blog and was chatting with one of my colleagues, she was telling about all the meetings that she had lined up from november 15th onwards for a mega IUnewspaperbag campaign of making 1,00,000 newspaper bags on Novemeber 20th,2012 on the occassion of International Children's Day. She has voluteered to be the Chief Volunteering Head for this humungous project taken up by Inspiration Unlimited. I was really inspired to talk to this young lady by name Beena Chowdary who is pursuing her graduation in Law in one of the finest institutes of India. When I asked her as to how would she manage her studies with this busy schedule for the newspaperbag project, she just replied "will have to make it happen".

What a wonderful attitude to see in youngsters today! She has complete belief in the work of hers and is sure to manage all commitments simultaneously, the reason being she respects every commitment. We have seen 'n' number of people around us who are just trying to find an excuse to escape from their commitment on many occassions. Probably I have no rights to blame anyone of them and I accept the same as well. If one is not involved in multiple commitments then what's the fun in living a limited life catering to just one particular work from 9 to 5? LIFE itself means Learn In the Form of Experience. If a person is not engaged in multiple tasks then how will s/he be able to gain multiple experiences? Repeating the same experience everyday definitely doesn't give the same enthusiasm of a new experience. If you are not fulfilling the bucket of diverse experiences then where's the question of living and loving a holistic life?

So, friends! don't fear from taking up new commitments. Blunders and mistakes are bound to happen and that is exactly called as experience. But make sure of one thing that you will carry the attitude of Beena Chowdary and that is, 'will have to make it happen'. This attitude alone shall clear all the roadblocks and build a proud past for you. LIFE really simplified

No doubt that books are the best friends of humans. Pages of a book encompass all the learnings and experiences that the humankind has gone through till now. A book can represent the entire life history of any human being on this earth. Probably the only reason all of us are able to follow our cultures is that all our Godly scriptures like Bhagwadgeeta, Quran and Bible are alive in books even today. Books are the only non-living means of transfer of knowledge from one man to the other. Such is the power of books. I am glad and happy to present you with the first book of my mentor Er.Sujit Lalwani which is titled aptly as 'Life Simplified!'

Sujit Lalwani is a pass-out from NIT(K), Suratkal from mechanical branch. He has been through some of the best remarkable experiences in last eight years of his life through business, networking, international level conferences and competitions sandwiched between frequent inspirational talks inspiring masses day in and dat out. He has been responsible for more than 20,000 under-privileged kids to be made computer-literate. He has had the humungous expertise of leading 8000 plus network of business associates. He has been the founder of revolutionary social ideas which are globally growing today such as 36meals.com which aims at eleminating hunger from the world under the banner of which already more than 10,000 meals have been donated to the needy across 25 cities of the world, IU-Youth 2 Children campaign through which thousands of government school students have been made aware of internet and opportunities in future after school by college-going students, IUNewspaperbag initiative which aims at having a greener, eco-friendly and better world by reducing the usage of plastics and providing an alternative of using newspaperbags instead and educating people on the same lines. Along with all these social entrepreneurial ventures Sujit Lalwani is also the founder of 'Inspiration Unlimited', a company which is striving hard to inspire masses towards pursuing their passion and to bring about a massive positive change in the society. Along with this, he is running 'IU websolutions' which provides website construction services and IUSMS(IU Social Media Solutions) which provides social media martketing services to businesses and institutions. Since he alone cannot talk to large number of people in different places of the world at the same time, he has founded an online magazine which targets to spread the fireball of inspiration through information called as 'IUeMag' which has writers contributing valuable articles from 25 countries across the globe and readers from more 75 countries across the earth.

Probably I could summarize just less than 1% of what Sujit Lalwani has done in the past 8 years. He has represented India at international level conferences such as One Young World, Visit RUSSIA forum and Year Big Year travelleing across five different countries of the world and has had a chance to meet Sir Richard Branson (founder and owner of Virgin group of companies). He has travelled and addressed people across 300 cities of India, Nepal, United Kingdom, Switzerland and Russia. Sujit Lalwani is a serial entrepreneur who will be coming up with slew of companies in near future to serve the world. Finally, after multiple and perseverant requests by his fans and friends, he has come up with his first book to reach out to all those who need his advice and guidance towards a glorious life and this book is titled as 'Life Simplified!'. After reading all these, if you are imagining my mentor to be with ages of experiences behind his back, let me surprise you by letting you know that he is just 25 years young. In this book 'Life Simplified!', he aims at conveying the best lessons of life that he has realised through his stupendous journey through  various ventures in simple words which can have immediate positive impact on your life once implemented. Hence I recommend each one of you to visit www.sujitlalwani.com and order your copy right now before the stocks are over. This book would also be reaching the book stores in short time. You can place your personal orders with the HR and marketing head of Inspiration Unlimited, Mr. Bharath.G.C as well on 7829414616.

I am really happy to pass on this little information on international inspirational speaker, the Josh Machine, the fireball of inspiration, serial entrepreneur, author, poet, ardent blogger Er. Sujit Lalwani who has addressed, motivated and inspired more than 11 lakh people through face-to-face talks in last 8 years. I am equally proud and happy to let you know about his first book 'Life Simplified!' which will be in your hands soon to keep you inspired and optimistically spirited throughout LIFE. You can share your feedback about the book on is.mohanbn@gmail.com

A day to never forget

Indian Independence day is a mark in the world history to resemble the significance of non-violence. We have been celebrating independence day from a long time since our childhood. Hoisting flags, distributing sweets and chocolates, singing national anthems etc have been our natural process of celebrating our independence day but today was the day when few youth of Bangalore decided to celebrate the same day in a rather different way. They decided to make a small mark of their own in the Indian history today. I am just so happy to share the experience of this exciting day with all my lovely readers.

Around 70+ youth gathered in the morning at 9:30am in S.R.N.Adarsh College. The Inspiration Unlimited team and the founder Er.Sujit Lalwani were there to arrange series of events as part of their corporate social responsibility under the banner of "IUCares". All the students were seggregated into 14 different teams first. Each team chose a team name, team colour and team leader. Then one by one teams were sent to a task room where they were assigned different tasks to create a positive social impact. Each team was assigned with just three hours to complete their task. Some of the tasks were like fund raising to buy meals, stationery, books, vicks, dental kits, soaps etc and donate them to the needy in different areas of bangalore. Some had to visit old age homes, orphanages to celebrate independence day with the people there, some had to collect statistics and data regarding the state of the areas in bangalore. All the teams were really excited to work in the hot sun in a team of complete strangers but yet contribute something to the society on ocassion of independence day. Students learnt different lessons in due course of the journey, understood the real situation of our country, felt really happy for celebrating this day in such a fantastic practical manner. After the activity all the teams shared the photos and videos they had taken during the tasks and shared a presentation of their project with the best energetic feeling. Each one of them was present from morning 10 am till evening 7 pm to create a positive difference in the society.

Hats off to the management of S.R.N.Adarsh College for their commendable support to this special activity. May more students take part in such activity time and again. Let's not wait for independence day to create such positive impact on the society. I welcome everyone of you to participate, learn and contribute alongwith IUcares. A brilliant salute to IUteam as well which during this entire busy schedule created a website and started off with facebook pages for IUcares to promote all the noble activities. Inspiration Unlimited!

It's been long friends since I wanted to share with you all, about our Venture and platform Inspiration Unlimited. Just covering this write up about the same.

Inspiration Unlimited is a vision, founded as an answer to the present scenario in the world. The need for training is higher than ever in every manner. Values have to be restored. This time the felicitous process is hammering. The values need to be hammered into masses & potentials incarcerated inside need to be brought out. The masses stand in need of training in some or the other form, right from school level to the level of CEOs.

As is rightly said, Any & every form of success has its root in training and then success stems from execution. IU believes in passing the right training in every arena of life, from personal development, to mental abilities, to staff training, to self motivation, to leadership, to sales training, to art of relationships, to training for teachers, to better parenting & lots more.

IU is backed up by the founder's profound experience of dealing with people from different occupation, places, age groups & different intellect levels. People eulogize his training & the kind of change it brings about in the participants. He has a spark in his speech that can bring a dead man alive. He has a practical approach & is not a speaker or trainer who has emerged from mere reading of a few books, as you find many such individuals in the market today.

Our vision is to empower masses to follow their heart & experience life of full potential. We envision to help everyone live, not just exist. We also believe in seeing a better world with human race in greater levels of harmony by converting peer pressure into peer pleasure.
