Passion to Pressure

In today's world, everyone is mad behind one thing or the other. Someone is crazy about movies while someone is crazy about studies. One paints a lot while one writes a lot; one talks a lot while one speaks a lot. Different people carry different kinds of interests but there is always a limited set of practices that take highest priority in their lives and they go on following them. While doing so, many don't even realise as to why they started prioritizing certain kind of interests more than the others. Over a period of time such interests get converted into passions. Passions start defining a person from then onwards and build the pressure to perform each time.

It's not difficult to develop passion towards something. It happens naturally for every human being. Unfortunately some of the people get into wrong notions of passions and also wrong passions that don't lead them to good progress in life. No matter whether the passion is good or bad, it encompasses us as we spend more amount of time with it. Gradually we start living just to pursue our passions. Passions become the leader of our lives. Passion is what gets us an identity and we wouldn't like to lose respect that's once earned. As a result, performing our passions on a regular basis becomes more of a necessity than responsibility or vested interest. This builds pressure on an individual to perform well each time the audience expects him to do so. This pressure convinces any depressed soul on this planet to launch himself back on the stage and show what he became famous for. This is positive pressure. Pressure is very much required on all of us to perform to our peak levels. Without pressure no one ever gives his/her best. Coal lying under the pressure of the earth's crust for thousands of years finally converts into precious stones called as diamonds. Likewise the passion pressurizes us to work hard to live up to the status of the passion. Under this pressure we become those diamonds which start glittering and emitting light in the form of our passion.

Each one of us is talented in one or the other way for sure. All that we have to do is to explore our hidden treasures in ourselves. The world out there is waiting to see what you have in store for it. People who lack opportunities and resources behold a dream in their eyes that you have the ability to give them freedom from their apathy. You have the responsibility of this universe to make it better. Discover your passion by trying out all that you can get your hands on. You need to search through a million pebbles to find the real pearl. Once you find it, it shall rule your life from then onwards to take it to the best extent possible.

www.adad.in

Finally there is a platform for people to share about all those tiny things that they did in a day which meant tiny ounces of help to people around them. What you speak more is what grows more. A lot of platforms, both offline and online, have given us the freedom of expressing all that we want to the entire world. None of these platforms have placed any restrictions apart from the security settings till date. Unfortunately, none of them drove a vision into their users as well. All of them just gave the stage, but here is the new trend of the new generation that shall give the right stage to speak the right stuff to inspire more of it to happen - www.adad.in

All of us want to know that we have been a reason for some positive difference on this planet. We would like others to pat our backs and encourage us to do more and more positive stuff. Doing small good deeds loses its recognition in the eyes of normal people, as a result of which many refrain from doing good deeds. Hence the new platform has got launched online which is spreading its wings offline too and that is "www.adad.in - A deed a day". Anyone can register on this platform and start posting his/her daily good deeds. People always said that God alone counts and calculates your deeds, both good and bad. Probably this site shall share a small responsibility of at least maintaining the database of all the good deeds that you do in life. Since the platform itself asks you to post good deeds, you don't have to hesitate from posting feeling that you're boasting about yourself. What is being spoken more about happens more often. If it's your good deed that is spoken more often by people then more of it shall happen for sure. Your small deed might give someone an idea of doing something similar to that. Your deed can inspire a thousand others to repeat the same. As a result, a chain reaction shall set in, where each one is inspired by the other person's good deeds and the number of good deeds shall increase exponentially. If people are speaking about good deeds, reading about them, writing about their good deeds and doing positive things then there is no reason for the world not to get better. A whole vision of bettering the planet has got triggered through this novel platform.

All that you and I can do is support such an initiative from youngsters. Let's spread the word so that everyone gets in sync with the new trend of the new generation. It's high time that people across globe should join hands to increase the positive impact on our society than merely sharing profile pictures and counting the number of likes and comments. Let the time spent scrolling down our timelines reading unnecessary stuff from others' lives get invested in doing more good and posting about them so that more number of people are triggered to jump into action. www.adad.in shall become a rejuvenator for someone who has come back home after a hard day. It shall be the happiness quotient riser for the new world of ours.

Time for graduation

Education has become one of the most basic necessities for people to avail a job and lead a decent life. Without education, it's highly difficult to survive in today's highly competitive and highly cunning world. There is enough number of people around to take advantage of your unawareness and cheat you from getting what you really deserve. Hence education becomes very much important in all our lives, but the misconception is that education is nothing but graduation. Pursuing graduation and completing a degree course doesn't guarantee right education. Unfortunately, majority of the graduation pursuing students have fallen into the wrong assumption that it takes 3-4 years to complete graduation of one degree. We must evaluate the right time that is invested on graduation and not the time that is spent.

According to my experience of having addressed a lot of students pursuing different degrees, I have come to know that irrespective of what degree a student is in, s/he doesn't study everyday like how students do in school. The last night before the exam becomes the most important time for such students. There are few students who start studying a week before the exam also. Many students are not even interested in attending regular classes and due to lack of experienced and good teachers students seldom listen to teachers' lessons. In this case, it gets proved that students study on their own and that too, during the dead end when the exam is just one or two days far. If students can score and pass exams with last night preparations then all semesters of any graduation can be completed within few months and it is not required to spend years to complete graduation. The college also doesn't run for 24 hours a day. It only runs for 6-8 hours a day. Taking holidays and mass bunks into consideration, on an average, just 6 hours per day is spent on graduation by students, which means just one fourth of the day. Extrapolating to 4 years of B.E, only one year of complete time is invested into graduation by students. This gets stretched for 4 years by the existing education standards, wherein students have no idea that they are wasting three-fourth of their time during graduation in the name of graduation.

After 3-4 years, when you look back you will only be able to say that you did so many years of graduation though you knew that it could get over within one fourth of the time. So, it's high time for students to understand the responsibility of every day that is bestowed on them. One should make sure that s/he is involved in lot of other things in free time apart from graduation. Only then 3-4 years of graduation will also encompass experience in different kinds of work along with exposure to different fields of life along with graduation. Filling in your day with variety of activities instead of wasting time in the name of graduation will be the best way for any student pursuing graduation to follow.

Now or Later! It’s yours

It so happened that when I was in this continuous spree of writing blogs daily, on one of the off days I missed writing a blog. I almost forgot that I need to write a blog daily. The next day morning when I woke up there was some kind of unsatisfied feeling inside troubling me which I couldn’t understand. Then, after sufficient amount of reviewing the previous day’s memory, I found that I had missed my blog for that day. Immediately I switched on the computer and wrote two blogs, one for the previous day and another for that day. That is when the lesson stroke me that now or later we are alone responsible for the work that we are committed to.
Procrastination is one of the strongest diseases that has entered the DNA code of humans. Unfortunately there is no tablet or tonic in the field of medicine to cure the same. Postponing the work that we have to do has become one of the natural habits of us. Last night studies, last minute decisions, last moment work are some of the regular terms that resound our surroundings. Many of these are a result of our laziness to perform the necessary duties when there is sufficient time. Our mind becomes lethargic during leisure and turns efficient only when there’s a crunch of time. The only medicine to solve this procrastination is to consistently reinforce our conscious mind that the work assigned to us is our responsibility and we alone are responsible to complete it either now or later. None of us can predict future and claim exactly what can happen the next second precisely. So when we are aware of this improbability let’s complete the work now itself. Some have even more auspicious timing for doing any kind of work. Please get rid of all such stuff. For doing any good work, anytime is good and more than everything, completing it at the earliest is always better. Hence doing it right now is the best option.
We are sent on this earth to fulfill a special purpose and that is to leave this world a lot better than what it was when we were born here. Let’s focus our complete energy to complete every work that comes our way right then and there with proper prioritizations. There is no point in delaying anything because either now or later your work is only yours. Only you have to complete the work to yield the complete benefits that the work has to offer you.
I have done my work of writing the blog for the day and sharing  my message with my dear readers. Hope to read your reviews on is.mohanbn@gmail.com

The blame game

Once upon a time in a village was a farmer who had a goat. He used to take the goat to the farm everyday and tie to a nearby tree and go for his work. One fine day it so happened that the farmer tied the goat to the same tree and went for his work. He had also placed his lunch box near the tree. There was a monkey on the same tree which had observed this routine from a long time. Once the farmer had left from there it went down and took the lunch box. It ate all the curd rice that was in the box. Since the goat was tied to the tree it couldn't help to avoid the monkey from taking the box. After eating the monkey smeared some of the curdrice to the mouth of the goat and went back on the tree top. When the farmer came back he saw that the box was empty and the bits of curdrice on the goat's mouth. He assumed that the goat had eaten the lunch and punished it.

Probably some of you might have listened to this story earlier. The wicked monkey put the blame of its theft on the poor goat by which it ended up on the receiving end of the farmer's rage. I am sure that you might be thinking back those incidents when you were in the place of the scape-goat due to a similar blame-game. In today's busy world everyone is so much engulped in work that twenty fours of a day are insufficient for any person to complete all the work that is assigned to him/her. At the same time one doesn't want to reject the work that comes towards him/her inspite of shortage of resources because every new work is regarded as new opportunities for growth. But when it comes to the failure in performing the work not everyone is ready to accept the responsibility for the same. That is when starts the game of excuses and the blame game. Obviously no one wants to be at the receiving end of the wrath of the authorities. Probably the fear of this is what drives one to enter the blame game. Its a vicious circle which once entered just doesn't allow you to come out of. The blame game continues until the last person doesn't find the next shoulder to transfer the blame on. All I feel is that it just takes away major chunk of your precious time of life.

No wonder that its an impulse to blame that is difficult to avoid sometimes. If you ever blame you don't have to take it too much into heart and feel guilty if you decide to correct the situation. Just explain to the team and person as to why you think so and apologise if the other person felt offended. Plan immediately as to how all of you can collectively get together to solve the pending tasks. Ever if you are on the receiving end of the blame don't allow your anger to block your mind. Just keep your smile on and do the same task of planning to complete the work. This itself will make the other person to take back the blame. At the end of our lives neither will we remember the blame we got or whom we blamed. Lets have sweet memories to cherish forever.
