If you were your idol

I believe that each one of us have someone or the other as our idol either consciously or subconsciously. I hope my belief is true as well. I am also sure that we would dream to reach the heights what our idols have reached and achieve the wisdom that they possess. But we cannot get to know the day to day activities of our idols and the way they handle them. So how do we become a replica of our idols which we envision to be?

This was one of the practical experiences that I had very recently based on which I am sharing the idea with my dear readers in this blog of mine. Just few days back I was engaged in a work for just 5 minutes of taking few photos. I captured them on my S3 and a thought came in mind to ask for a review but left assuming I have done the job right. Within 2 minutes I got to know that I was supposed to take another photo as well. So I had to redo the work. The very same day I had to get the same photos printed but unfortunately my pen drive was infected with virus when I reached the shop. I had to travel back once again home to mail the photos to be printed. Once again there was a redo of work. I was totally frustrated with the day and couldn't get back my enthusiasm at all and that is when I thought about what would my idol do in a similar situation.

My idol would have definitely spared a minute to get a review on photos before leaving the place. My idol would have had a plan B for getting the print outs by sending out a mail as well along with the pen drive. Even if these two weren't done my idol would have accepted the human instinct to error and would definitely complete the work like I did and be happy that the necessary lessons were learnt. So just think as to what your idol would have done in the same difficult situation as you are in and you will automatically be able to handle any kind of challenges. Energy matters

The transfer of enthusiasm is the achievement to be accomplished by any speaker when s/he takes on the stage. The audience can be at any state just before the talk begins. So the task of bringing them to the required  excited state is left as an initial challenge to the speaker. The initial part of the speech is the most crucial during which the crowd decides whether to listen further to the speech or just handover the external ears only. The initial short timed phase is the time that a speaker gets to convince the audience that it's worth listening to him/her for next few minutes and in this phase what matters is - 'Energy'.

The confidence is clearly visible in the amount of energy that the speaker can induce into each one sitting among the audience that can build a bridge of exclusive energy force between the speaker and each person present. The extra energy hardcodes the words spoken on the minds of the people listening. Normal temperature is never expressed to be experienced by anyone. Only a high or a low temperature is spotted by any living being immediately which results in an immediate response. Similarly, people are used to the normal energy of the peers around them. The moment they witness a dynamic energy source walking and talking to them from the stage, it catches their attention immediately. The best part of being energetic in a talk is that it gets transferred to the other person at the receiving end as well and no doubt that just like when electrons get excited they produce current similarly people who are excited by your energy feel the current flow through their body.

An iron rod can be bent only when it is heated. Likewise the necessary corrections on the existing beliefs and assumptions can be made only when the temperature of enthusiasm is raised in the person opposite to you with whom you are speaking. For the enthusiasm to rise in the other person, you must be ready to propel the energy waves by being the source of the same and hence I claim that 'Energy matters'. A daily affair

Let me clear the general misconception first. An affair means "anything done or to be done; anything requiring action or effort; business; concern:". I hope I can proceed with a clear picture now. We must know that everyday is precious to us and every affair we take up in a day is as precious as the day itself. So what is this daily affair? We are used to routine monotonous work of doing the same things day after day. How about we add some spice into this!

An affair is just some simple act that you decide to take up. Apart from all the repeated stuff that we are into everyday we can think of some new activity which consumes the least amount of time and energy but still can provide the thrill of having done something new. It can even be a learning of something new. Everytime when you are getting ready to go for a movie that you haven't watched before or the crux of which you don't know there is always some sense of excitment and curiosity about it. If there's an urgent work told by your mom even before going to the movie, you will still complete it quicker because you don't want to miss the movie. The best part is that you carry the same enthusiasm that you have for watching the new movie while doing the work just before the movie even when the work itself is not so exciting. Similarly when you have assigned an affair of a new task for a day which you will be doing in the latter part of the day there will always be an excitement about doing the new thing which will keep you pepped up all throughout the day. This pepped up feeling fills your complete focus in any work that you perform at any point of the day. Moreover having done something new on each day however small the activity is will definitely keep adding to your experience and learning of life.

Since I write a blog everyday before I go to sleep, my mind keeps searching for anything interesting around me all throughout the day because I have a daily affair of coming up with something new in my blogs everyday. This keeps me alert in everything that I am involved in throughout the day. I hope I have executed my daily affair for today with this blog.
