It's easy to give up

Everyone of us have big dreams, big goals and big visions. Each one of us want to work towards these with the best abilities possible. On the way we definitely come across a lot of obstacles. We are even strong to fight against these but however sometimes it so happens that in spite of the external obstacles we have our own internal obstacles that drag us back. Depressing emotions due to slow speed
of our growth or lack of care around us or inability of doing things that we like and getting entitled only to responsibilities are in or the other way responsible for the internal drag. At all these times it's very easy to give up.

The only achievement after giving up on the task that we had determined to perform is that we get sufficient extra time to do the next tasks and nothing else. This extra time got also shall not be utilised properly because of sthe lack of motivation to complete the previous work would still carry it's inertial effects due to which even the next task shall get either delayed or undone. Giving up actually leads to losing of the battle within our innerselves. It brings down the respect that we have for our own decisions and commitments towards ourselves. If one cannot be committed to oneself for one's own benefits how can s/he be able to deliver promptly to the commitments made to others? However, all these thoughts do not occur to the human mind when the body and the lethargic self have taken control over the human mind and giving up seems to be easier than far and pushes one to give up easily.

It just follows the general rule of the world. Success seems to ask for extra hard work whilst failure is as easy as just giving up. Even if you fail after doing the complete work to the best of your capabilities then you only fail w.r.t your expectations and not the real work. You have just fallen, you need to once again rise up and start working towards your success using the lessons learnt from the previous fall. Failure is as easy as just giving up. The impetus advantage

Impetus means 'the force that makes something happen or happen more quickly'. Here I would like to focus more on the impetus generated due to different reasons. When a small stone is rolling down it can cause certain amount of damage but when a big boulder is rolling right at the back of this small stone and pushing it harder then the damage caused is much more. This is a simple example of the impetus advantage.

The impact created by a single force is always less compared to that created by a force that is backed up by one more force. It can be of different types. I have heard few people saying that success doesn't teach anything but only failure does but success provides an impetus for further success. Even when the work is less compared to the actual expectations the previous success always helps to leverage it's value to guarantee further success. A simple follower guided up by a wise leader always has higher chances of winning and also wins in most of the cases when compared to a simple person who does the same amount of work as per his level of wisdom. All these are simple examples of impetus advantage.

Swami Vivekananda's advice of reading lot of books, travelling lot of places and meeting lot of people helps one to gain this impetus advantage. The experience and the knowledge bank shall help us in every endeavour of ours and provide us an extra added advantage called as the impetus advantage. Your feedback shall provide me an impetus advantage for my blogging, so you can send your feedback on is.mohanbn@gmail.com

The Real Failure

"Failure is the stepping stone to success". "Failure doesn't mean the end, it just means that your success is postponed". You might have heard 'n' number of such other quotes on failure. Any failure that you face in the process of your work towards success is not a real failure at all. It was just an experience and a knowledge building incident which was bound to occur in the path to success. However let me reveal to you the REAL failure here. The real failure is when you fear and fail to start your work.

I can guarantee you that there are more number of people in this world who have been afraid to start their work and have failed than those who have actually started the work and failed. As I said above the real failure is when you haven't started the work also because no one can really estimate at what point you reach success. So your success might meet you at any point during the progress of your work and hence once the work has commenced you are already in close connection with success through your work. Your work is just a bridge between you and success. But when you have not started the work at all then all possibilities of having the bridge also cease to exist and hence it's a self-declared defeat. More than that, I can say that your dream or goal or vision has failed to lure you towards it because failure when expanded becomes 'failed to lure'.

Let me take you to a higher level of perception now. Folks! there is nothing called as success or failure. Both are just perceptions. It's the way you look at the situation you are in. However there is no other bigger mistake than not starting your work towards what you want to accomplish just because of fear. Face the fear and mail your feedback on is.mohanbn@gmail.com
